ok so i sold my coilovers to a local guy, and he's claiming bad sales. i tried working with him and finally told him to pound sand.
i listed my STANCE GR2+ PRO coilovers, i bought them under the assumption they were +PRO's i used them and sold them as +PRO's well today i found out and got a call from the buyer they are only +'s. MY BAD, i admitted the error on my part and told him i will completely refund his money. he then later asked instead for small compensation for the difference. i said no thats ok, the coilovers are worth what i sold them for so either keep them or refund. well it became more of a hassle trying to agree on trading, i had finally become frustrated with the matter and told him we can not come to agreement, i am refusing a refund due to the huge hassle.
i feel bad to an extent, i misled an item but it was done out of complete error.
he payed $800 for stance GR2+ coilovers with less then 2,000 miles on them, the coils are in amazing condition and 100% nothing wrong with them. I am refusing the refund because the product is not at fault and i did not sell a bad product and the hassle to make one person happy vs total inconvenience on putting my car on the stands.
i try to make everyone happy and i am a strait shooter, i only debate this because i do lots of forum sales and your name/rep is the only thing that makes a good sale.

I bought the (Stance gr+ pros)for my s14 from this guy that posted on TampaRacing, and Zilvia. Before purchasing he told me they still had about 4 months warranty which was true and stated he had a warranty card and invoice of the purchase (Found out this information because he text-ed me who he spoke to and where he purchased it from(Enjuku Racing... Sale's rep was Bg.. I spoke to Andrew and BG. They both told me that the coils Brian L Kasper purchased November 4 2010 were the Stance Gr+ for an s13).(Found this all out after i purchased the coils and Brian was stalling to send me the invoice, and warranty card) I asked him kindly and told him i would like proof of this before I purchased the coils( He insisted that he would bring them when he would drop off the coils) and I agreed. Upon arriving to my residence I looked at the coils and then asked him for the paper work. He then tells me that he forgot it at home and would mail it to me if i purchased them. I told him i would need his license information and that he would need to sign a contract, stating that the coils were indeed stance gr+ pros, that they were still under warranty, and that he would send the warranty card within three days. He had no problem leaving all his information and signing the contract. Now he does not want to refund my money Beware of this seller. very very shady. I will pursue this to the fullest and in hopes receive a refund. I tried calling and resolving this issue but Brian is in no way wanting to return my money.
if im so shady why would i post a thread on myself?
i tried to make you happy, but its just become a pain in the ass for something so little.
the ONLY difference between + and +PRO coilovers are helper springs that is IT and that makes me shady? your information is incorrect, the coilovers weren't even bought in my name, and they are for an s14.

This guy is definitely on something. I called him with the corrected information about his coils & asked for a refund, since that's not what I agreed to purchase. I asked him what would be a good time & day for him; that I would travel to him. We agreed on a time & date, but then i received a text message telling me not to go to his home & to deal with what I got.

All i want is my money back. What is the problem? You sent me an s13 invoice i have a friend thats posting it right now and this was after you texted me the wrong info. Enjuku has no prob showing what you and Billy purchased.
so you are going to "peruse this to the fullest" because they dont have helper springs?
i've looked, and it's the only difference between the two. I'm shady because you didn't get them, sew me.
