But to solve the matter of helper springs I do not have the time. I don't even have time to enjoy this car. I've driven it 2 fucking times in the last 6 months other then that it hasnt moved and I have many many people that know that's the truth. Only time it will drive again is storage to home to yank the motor.

 

So i have no idea why you guys think i refused a refund. Not in any way. I first asked brian if we could work something out, and he told me hell no. Just bring the coils all pissed off. Then later on wanted to work something out and backed out again. I inspected the coils yes, but did not Know they needed helper springs to be pro's. i googled it for review and they are not specific on the pics. I asked brian while looking at the coils is he sure they are pro's how to do tell he told me by the adjustment nobs on the bottom. i made a honest mistake, but for someone to sell an item that wasn't what they posted is wrong. Im at a point to try and resolve this.

 

Sell the coilovers to someone else. Get your money back and stop wasting time bitching about it on the forums. Either way you got a deal. The only difference between gr+ and gr+ pro is the helper springs and even with them it doesn't make those coilovers suck any less. lmao

sounds like a full refund was offered, but refused because the buyer wanted a partial refund. Maybe that's the way it works in the honda world, but in the real world, it doesn't work that way. You buy it for the price and keep it, or you give it back and get a full refund.
Sounds like the seller did what he should have done in the beginning and the buyer thought this was burger king trying to get it exactly his way.
apparently a partial refund isn't an option. I would bet that the seller doesn't have the money anymore. Most people sell stuff because they need to spend that money elsewhere. And it sounds like it is going to be a major pain in the ass to get the seller to be able to do anything at this point, given the time, and car situation and all of that. So, ekdriverN/A, stop being a dipshit honda kid and just sell the parts, get your money back that way, and shop for new stuff.

I didnt say that. I tired working with you, tried being nice. YOU asked for compinsation. I had no problem working with you until you accuse me of lieing, stalling, and accusing me of sending you "a false invoice" when I CLEARLY told you what he sent me, being sketchy and a Lier. YOU fucked up there, I refuse to help someone who accuses me on so many things I NEVER did. You tell me one lie I "tried/did" tell you. When you told me that was the difference, I admitted my mistake instantly with no hesistation.
