"bad" salt/transaction? opinions?
They are not what you said they were. Please man im being real civil about this please just issue me a refund. Sell your gr+'s to someone else. You shouldn't have a problem selling them since you say there perfect. I also cleaned them up for you. Just post them for what they are gr+
This is hilarious. If you misrepresent something you're selling, regardless of what your understanding is, it's your responsibility to correct it. It's your error that started the whole problem, so the burden to clear it up lies with you. Refusing to cough up a few bucks to settle and then retracting your offer to buy them back is a total bitch move.

I could see the misrepresent thing, on something bought online.
But realistically, if you are buying an item in person, you're pretty well responsible for looking it over, and making sure its what you want, before paying for it.

i agree with z28 and jdm_s14 granted he did post them as pros but dude common u went and looked at them in person u should of been able to tell the difference, a little research on ur part would of went along way...
Mail him some fucking helper springs. You're both acting like faggots.
If you sold a set of almost new coilovers, at a $400~ loss already, would you be up for buying $100-$200 in springs to send to someone who refused a simple refund in the first place, when the item is clearly worth the selling price, and you could easily sell them to someone else for that ?

if not more.
basically new GR+'s at under Megan costs? pfft, it's a no brainer.
i've dealt with Brian in the past, nothing shady about the guy, he's straight up, and usually willing to work with a buyer/seller.
JDM_S14 is right.... say i go to my weed man, I'm not gonna blindly buy an unverified weight and quality, go home, open the bag, realize it's not quite what i wanted, but still an awesome price, smoke some of it, then take it back and say i wanted the other stuff...
brian, should have know exactly what you were selling broham, refund his shit and end it.
other dude, come the fuck on, you should have know what the fuck you were buying... i don't go looking for a S14 SE, buy a Base and be like "FFFFFffffuuuuuu"

I still think both parties are at fault, however the burden of it falls on the buyer for being a moron.
Seller misinformed buyer, whether accidentally or purposefully is unknown.
Buyer did not inspect product.
Seller offered a refund, buyer declined.
What more is there to say?
