S15 sr20det engine oil

Hello all!

i have recently gotten a 95 s14 with a s15 swap. It has a tomei arms turbo kit.

I need to do do an oil change and I don’t know what oil type to use, oil capacity, or oil filter.
I was recommended 5w30.

I am not going to be drifting or racing.

A lot of racers use Mobile 1.
I use Mobile 1 for the street.

I use the oil that's good for 15,000 miles.
I have also used the oil used for NASCAR...needs to be changed sooner, though.
I think it contains zinc which lubricates better.

I buy it from Walmart. 5 quart container instead of only 4 quarts elsewhere.
