Need help with 300zx TT won't start!
Hey what's good? I got a 300zx tt Getting fuel and sparks but still shruggling
,Im running out of option , it takes a while to rank up , but seem like its misfiring , backfire like Crazzy !
Could be the timing ,or crank sensor , I'm still alittle concern on how to set it right .
if you have massive experiences on Nissan 300xz lmk what you think about this
thank you

when did this start happening?
after some work was done to it, or just randomly?
when it does start, you say it is still misfiring?
It is really common for the fuel injectors to fail. You say it is getting fuel, but unless you have pulled the manifold off, pulled the fuel rail off, and cranked the engine over to visually see the fuel spraying out of the injectors, you can't actually be sure each cylinder is getting the proper fuel.
Personally, depending on some other details, I would say that the starting issue and the rough running issue are related, if not the exact same issue. Try to figure out what cylinder is misfiring. With the engine running, pull off one coil plug at a time to see if any of them do not have any affect in the way the engine is running. (IE - you pull off the plug for #2, and the engine stays exactly the same, you know #2 cylinder is not firing)
From there, you also want to try to track down any vacuum leaks.
There are dozens of places that a vacuum leak could be. You're going to have to be thorough. It is going to take a long time. And no, just spraying some carb cleaner around probably won't work considering how far most of those vacuum lines go before getting back to the engine.
Has the PTU been updated?
What modifications have been done?
What maintenance has been done recently? (IE - timing kit, new CAS, new CTS, etc etc)
