Car stay's running

I just did an engine swap(sr20det) and used the same harness, which for the sr i pulled out. the car stars fine but after turning the key to the off position it still stays running, i disconnected the battery and was still running, funny. i had to pull the 90amp (i think) fuse and it finally shut off. any clue. thanks

Turbo timer?
Ignition switch?

What all did you mess w/ when doing the swap?
