s14 not starting. out of ideas.

had this all typed out nice and neat. went to post and it logged me out and said i had to log in and lost it all... short version...
new parts.
block
rings bearings seals and gaskets.(oem from crown nissan)
piston rods and crank. all cleaned and mic'd for tolerance. for correct bearings and rings.
block itself. honed and decked. hot tanked.
head
valves springs retainers seals shims caps... all from crown nissan. shims are for the 240/248 cams that i have in there now.
head shaved and tanked/cleaned
timing
cams 240/248 out of my s13 i sold last year.
gears chains guides tensioners ... all new
distrib is used but worked in my old s14.
spark related
plugs nes ngk
wires are 8.5 mm
distrib is from a running s14 that was being parted out. i have 3 from my old s14. all test the same.
intake
tanked clean. emmisions crap removed.
vacuum is the fpr pbb iacv and the vc hose.
maf is from a running s14.
tps is new. and set to the right volts(not sure if thats the right one or ohms... its been 9 months) for both closed and wot.
exhaust is oem.
fuel
walbro 255
injectors from my old s14.
pressure is there. 38-42 i beleave or 37-41 or what ever it is close to that.
filter is new
regulator is from my old s14 with the rail.
ecu
factory s14 95 ecu with man trans.
wiring harness i beleave is untouched.
trans
s13 trans with a almost gone 2nd gear sinkrow. i have used this trans i my old s14 and 3 other s13's i got it this way and still running strong. g/f drove with it and grinds 2nd ehre and there. i have for years without it grinding. no sensor in the trans for flywheel.
clutch flywheel slave master and hoses all new.
all gaskets are felpro. oil pan to vc minus the intake(had to make my own. took it off and redid it. its still felpro paper. just i cut it out.) sold the intake that was on it.
all machine work and spec checking done at general crank.
all fuses and relays are unblown and tested fine.
only fuses im not sure about is the ones in the car under the steering colum. im missing a few but i beleave its just radio and lights... crap like that thats not needed. i misplaced the cover atm(cant find it to make sure im not missing a random fuse that makes it not start thats in the cabin.) i know dodge does that crap with the fuel pump starter and one other...

great spark. fuel and it doesnt sound like its tryn to start 100% of the time. tryed adjusting distrib atleast 5 teeth in each direction. no change.
