s14 no fuel problem
i have a 95 s14 i just finished up a blacktop swap in. trying to start the car and turns over but wont start. i cant hear the new walbro 255 lph priming and plugs dont smell like gas. so im assuming its not getting fuel. ive checked fuse and relay both are fine. everything worked before swap any suggestions that i can try or check?
Check the fuel pump pin on the ECU with a multimeter when key is turned to the on position. See if you get a reading....
Hardwire the fuel pump (use inline fuse) and see if it primes. If so just have someone hold the wires to the battery while you turn the car on.

yeah, you would hear that walboro spinning.
loud little fuckers.
once you test the pump itself, go back over all of your wiring.
it is probably something dumb that was just overlooked.
example, was the car an automatic before the swap and did you swap to a 5spd? did you remember to wiring up the neutral safety switch?

did you wire the pump backward?

return is going into the fpr side of the rail. thats rite? and i cant hear the pump prime. like lits not getting power but i metered the 3 wire plug going into the top of the cap and i have power to one of the 3 when i turn the key so imma try n hardwire it to see if the pump is good when i get home and go from there
Oooor, it could be the clutch safety switch. Snip off the plug behind the clutch pedal and touch the 2 wires together to make sure it's not a faulty switch.
the pump should prime weather the clutch is in or not once the key is to the on position it should kick on and the car cranks but wont start.
