Serious Injector Problem(fully built ka)

Default Serious Injector Problem(fully built ka)

So I just got my enthalpy tune and as soon as I try and start it my engine is flooding like crazy. Im not understanding it and I have no codes on my ecu. So I pull my rail out and check to see if the o-rings and ripped and there clean. So i turn the car over and check the see if my injectors are stuck and to my surprise all four injectors are spraying the same fuel at the same exact time. no 1,3,4,2 pattern or anything.

I swapped out ecu's with a stock S13 ecu and it still did the same thing.

Any Ideas?

It doesnt fire sequentially anyway, but it sounds like maybe you've got wires grounded in your harness.

Leaky injectors, o ring not seated correctly, leaking at the rail, maf wiring messed up... gl

They are Top Feed Injectors and have one O-ring. All four are perfect, and I have my fuel rail off of my intake manifold to turn the car over and see if they spray at different times so at the moment my rings have nothing to do with it. My maf seems to be wired up right.

Anyone else?

It sure sounds like you said they are constantly spraying with the key on, or do they pulse when cranking ? which is it

they pulse but all together at one time,,,,,they don't spray like in certain pattern..just all at once..

they all spray..stop..spray..stop

they dont go off like like the sprak plug do...1.3.4.2

They arent going to fire sequentially....

Now fix your timing or replace your sparkplugs if the car isnt running.

the spark plugs were brand new(possibly fouled out by now) and my timing is at tdc, I put the dizzy in and it points to the front of the carand nothing..just floods like crazy

Then you possibly have the wrong flow rate for the injectors you're using, or you still dont have the timing right, if the injectors are pulsing, then you dont likely have an injector or ecu issue, double check that you've got spark, check your tps, heck maybe check the actual timing of this "fully built" engine.

This engine was FULLY built by carisma and I have papers to prove it and When I say Fully Built I mean a head to toe built ka. Te only thing that hasnt been swapped out is a forged crank. Completely assembled by Carisma. it should be fine.
