seriously, it's so annoying and embarrassing that i might just swap out to OEM pads, and cut my minimal losses on stopping power, cause the shit's loud as hell, and i can't stand it... has me just slamming the brakes in anger some times... i'm kind of a perfectionist, and don't like when things make noise, funny idles, slight misfires or any of the sort, so for my brakes to be making that much noise? it kills me...

Are the front rotors drilled or slotted? That might also be part of the reason.

I never had my HPS make noise even when thrashing them.

yeah, they're the OEM/Nismo rotors, and theyt x drilled... i don't think GTR's came with regular rotors...

i have idea why mine make so much noise, i bedded them properly, and don't really drive the car all that hard 95% of the time...

Uh, they came with standard non-retarded rotors just like every other car made in the 90's.

please get me a part number for a non x drilled R32 GTR rotor, without the brembos...

EDIT: oh, found the only part number myself... 40206-05U02

http://www.mynismo.com/products/?id=2897

all GTR options are drilled...
296mm. x 32mm... guess OEM Nissan engineers are derp derp derp derp....

guess the only retarded option is CROSS DRILLED rotors, unless i want to convert to R32 GTST brakes, in which case, OEM's are plain...

even the OEM GTR rears are drilled, but they are also the same as Z32 so i can use the non retarded part from another car if need be....

R32 GT-R are factory cross drilled, from what I can find. The same setup on an R33 isn't, though.
