Your punctuation sucks. You need to capitalize the first word of each sentence. Also once you refer to "all" it is not necessary to make "kind" plural, as in "kinds", doing so would be improper english.

oh by the way.. STOP BEING A TROLL!

actually, more often than not, you don't hear anything. really, the only times it will make a noise is if you warped the rotor and that is causing a, going to quote my girlfriend on this one, a "frub frub frub frub frub" type noise... or if the pads are going bad/are bad.

Hmm, I figured you could hear the death approaching the caliper like with my old fc lol.

Only had one caliper seize on me and it was 100% unexpected.

what did yours sound like?

typically they don't make noise. All it is doing is applying brake pressure and if you have decent pads, they aren't going to make noise.
Sometimes, if you're driving and it takes its time to seize, it can get stupid hot and glaze over the pad and that will cause a bit of a whine/screech/scream

i dont know if it's been said yet or not, but i would take a step beyond bleeding them and actually flush the fluid out. brake fluid only lasts for so long and moisture eventually kills it. crack open all four bleeders and let them gravity bleed (means, dont pump the pedal, just let gravity do the work) and keep filling the master with new fluid until clean fluid leaves the bleeders. you'll be surprised at how dirty the old fluid is.

Taylor, you mean the fluid from 1990 could be bad I thought it lasted forever j/k.

Now on to the problem. sounds to me like you have some sort of a vacuum leak at the booster causing the pedal to lose the booster assist. Maybe a bad hose thats collapsed on the inside and when ever the engine pulls a lot of vacuum ie (letting off the gas to slow down) or a bad valve as mentioned before.

i took off all my wheels to inspect the rotors before bleeding them. i noticed a slight line that looks like the beginning of a crack in the drivers side front rotor. it also hasn't been doing it lately apart from last night when it did it for 3 stops then didn't continue. but when it does it and i park the car i can clearly smell brake fluid and when i was changing my axles the other day whattodobo noticed that it smelled like a locked caliper back there. i couldn't smell anything but i trusted his judgment.

i also haven't gotten around to bleeding them yet. i have some bad toe in my rear drivers side wheel and it ate my tire to death so i haven't been driving it. i have also been working on Tyler's car non stop and quite honestly forgot to do it, but ill give Stage_3 a call today and hopefully he can come over here and we'll get s*it done and will have an update for you all.

Thanks for all the awesome input. i really don't want to rear end someone because my brakes decide all on their own that they don't want to work. lol.
