You've had your timing chain setup 10 different ways at random so far, and put the CAS in god knows how many variations without getting close to it with a timing light...


And thats just for starters.

 

so youre saying tdc on the crank pulley is not exact...? and i put the cas in correctly, how hard is that to fuck up..?

 

I didnt say you installed the cas wrong for the initial install, which part of the ACTUAL ignition timing is a VERY FINE ADJUSTMENT to be done with a fucking TIMING LIGHT, do you not comprehend ?

 

yea, and i got a light on it and the closest i could get to 15* btdc was maxing the cas adjustment out, and its not quite to 15*. more like 14*
