^coil packs are usually good or bad. As in, it will either run on all four or be missing at idle. Sometimes they overheat and cause breakup under boost. I don't think they will cause a rich condition.

Ok I checked the tps and set it dead on .45 volts, no change. Is there a way to tell if it's bad even though it's got the right voltage? I removed one of my brand new spark plugs and they are already pretty fouled and soaked in gas (literally dripping off)....this problem is getting on my nerves so bad. Keep the suggestions coming if you have them. Thanks again for all the pointers you guys have given me.

Well the engine stalls out when I unplug the maf so I assume it's working properly. I haven't checked the fuel filter but I don't think there is anything wrong with it that would cause an ungodly amount of fuel dump.

check the iacv, that can be an issue, if its not working properly it could be sending the computer signals saying the coolant is still cold causing it to run rich. does it break up at all when you drive it? under load? how is the idle reacting? surging? idling high? also just a thought, did you check your o2 sensor? that plays in air/fuel mixture.

What's the best way to test the iacv and o2? When I unplug the o2 the running condition does not change. Could it be a bad coil pack/s or a bad ignitor?

Would this be an issue that Nissan could figure out (being that we didn't have this engine here) or is there a shop here in st pete (because car isn't driveable) or anyone in the TR community that could at least diagnose the problem without costing me a fortune?? I'm still pretty green when it comes to the sr and it's also my first turbo car, and I have been dealing with this problem for about 2 years. It's really killing my motivation to finish it lol. Also the car has to become my dd by the end of February/beginning of march, so I don't have much time.
