If you leave things like your oil drain plug loose, I would hate to see what else is loose in the engine.

Well one way is do like me ant trust your friend to put it in (after you just finished swaping in your new sr longblock since your other faithful sr of 2 years got rod knock). Anyway he put in the drain plug and since hes large and my oil pan was aluminum he stripped it and either didnt notice or didnt feel like telling me. Anyway long story short bye bye oil on the highway hello rod knock again. I still havent decided how im gonna kill him. but anyway thats how i lost my drain plug. Beat that TR.

 

i've gotta ask, was that a freddy oil pan? because greddy ones are overbuilt like a motherfucker, you can practically hang on the end of a wrench and it won't strip out.

genuine trust 5qt alluminum and i really dont know how he did it but he is like 350 lbs so it dont take much for him to put waaaaaaaaaaaay to much on a bolt
