but it seems out of the turbo car crowd, nissans are populated by more idiots.

so here's some sound simple advice for people who don't know how to properly setup intercooler piping (IE: WELD ALL OF IT, minimal couplers)

if you must run 38 couplers, take the end of the pipe and a pair of needle nose pliers, and bend up three little prongs on the pipe. put on the coupler, then put the hose clamp behind the prongs.

you will never have a problem with having 38 couplers, except me.

Ya my buddy just bought an sr s13 and the dude put the inercooler on the car upside down! I mean seriously? Also there wasnt 1 single weld in the intire piping, it was an ebay kit he had pieced together then used advanced auto parts couplers. He has also used painters tape for all the wiring. The MAF was soldered on instead of using the plug... the solder touched and fried the ecu. There is a long long line of other things but I'm just gonna leave it at that. He only paid $2k though for an SR s13 so I mean you get what you pay for.
