Since you're too daft to operate Google I have decided to put an end to the foolish speculation:

From the power of thinking/google: Technical Articles: Dual-Exhaust cam swap for KA24DE engines

Technical Articles> Dual-Exhaust cam swap for KA24DE engines
How-to - Dual-Exhaust cam swap for KA24DE engines:By: 98S14inAZ
This will show you how to install a 248 / 248 duration cam set up. For the newbies...
-Turn engine manually to achieve TDC (top dead center, lobes facing out or line up the markings on the crank pulley.)
-Use two exhaust cams (the ones with the orange paint on them) from a 91-93 KA24DE 240sx (don't argue these are the ones you need, forget about the Altima myth).
-Don't forget to ziptie the cam gears to the timing chain after you remove the cams so you don't lose the position of the gears.
-Install one in the exhaust cam spot on the exhaust side and replace gear in stock position, don't forget the lube.
-Install other exhaust cam on intake side and rotate cam gear 4 teeth counter clockwise (left in layman's terms) don't forget the lube. Manually turn cam with wrench after bolted down until the notch on the gear lines up with the pin on the cam.
-I would also recommend doing at least a revolution manually with a wrench before starting her up to make sure everything is as it should be.
-Pour some oil on the cams, put everything back together, and fire her up, if she doesn't start easily don't force it you messed up somewhere. Start over.
-If she starts you may hear a slight ticking noise, it goes away never to return after the car warms up and squirts some oil up into the cams and buckets.
-Go for a drive.
Car pulls amazingly better after 5k, my results were with an auto so yours will be a little better. I have top end now. This mod is by far better than the stock 232 232 set up and is a great improvement over the previous 240 248 configuration found in 91-93 ka24de motors stock. The intake cam definitely does the most work in these engines. I am now running 248 248 which is nearly identical to the Nissan Motorsports 248 248 cams. Total cost invested into mod: $60 and some time.

IIRC the S14 KA motors had the least agressive cams.

Its really hard to find them, and its not that much of a gain unless you really know what your doing.

FYI most motor companys change small things like cam profiles, compression, ecu's ect ect ever few years even on the same motor. Just becasue its the same motor dosnt mean they are carbon copies of eachother.
weird how its the exhaust cam, on se-r;s its the 91 intake cam everyone wants.
i found one at cophers and taped it to my leg and walked out.
