Yea, i'm probably gonna jus take it to XAT and let them check everything out. I have a few cans of seafoam in my garage so i might go ahead and jus do that, get an oil change, nd a tune up and see if things get any better. Thanks for the help everyone

 

dude you havent even tried looking at it more than a quick glance have you? you own a 240 now. you're going to have to learn how to troubleshoot yourself because this kind of shit happens quite frequent.

does the car sound like a wrx when you accelerate or does it sputter randomly through 1k-4k?

"well it sounds kinda cool..."

it doesnt sputter, it just doesnt accelerate smoothly. There's like a delay when you hit the gas, its really weird. I've been sick so i havent really felt like checkin anything out. So i figured i'd jus be lazy for now and see if anyone knew what the prob might be lol. I'm not very mechanically inclined, so its not like i can jus pop the hood and identify the problem jus by looking at it. I mean i'm not an idiot, i know most of the basics, just not extremely knowledgeable about every little thing to do with the function of an engine. I'm basically just lookin for a few pointers of what to check for.

this is going to sound stupid but what size in the fuel filter? as well how far is teh dizzy clocked? reason im asking is. if its a z32 ff w/ an advanced timing. then you decide to run cheap crapola gas in the car. it does that. just ask teh fuck head i let and barrow my car when it was NA.
