Ok guys here is the deal, im looking to get my HID kit in the next week or soo and im not sure if i should go with 6k or 8k ratings. I want them to be bright but have some blue tint to them but just not too blue. I want to be able to stand out when im riding next to a BMW or a Acura TL or something like that. What do you guys suggest? What HIDs are you guys running in your cars? any info and pics would be grately appriciated,

i can take some tomorrow i'll post them up. but theyre exactly what you described that you want. they stand out and they arnt too blue that you'll get pulled over or anything. and theyre brighter than almost every car i pull up

 

dude, if the choices were 6k and 10k, there might be a big enough difference to give a non-hating response. but seriously your talking like arctic white compared to faint bluish... there is not much of a difference at all. if you like a bluish appearance go 8, if you want the best possible lighting of the road, 6k is probably for you, after all, its not just about spending money to look cool, they actually do provide better lighting
