i know you said you werent into the minitruck scene , but i thought i should post these
bagged and bodydropped truck ,running coilovers- they are fully funtional throughout the the whole travel of the suspension from raised to laid

 

the rear setip is cantilever- the bags inflate pushing the rods, which lift the truck- then it rides on the confort of the coilovers

 

That is an amazing set-up... Kind of reminds me of Acro-Rigo's... But Then again the price of that is way out of my budget. Its not that Im not into the mini-truck scene. Its more that Im into the racing scene. If I was working with a build that cost wasnt an issue I would love to build something like that.

 

the differance from rigos, is his uses hydraulics and airbags. looks good ill be watching your build!

 

I've spoke with you before I was the guy with the "01 KA24DE in the "96 Hardbody,I think you need to swap either a KA-T the wiring is pretty straight foward or go SR thats what im currently doing to my Hardbody once my boy goes back home and brings me the swap but I know someone right now with a NA SR in a hardbody and that thing rides out it feels like a Honda singlecam on a bicycle either way let me know if you need any ifo you think I can help you out with

Also got my clutch PP and throwout bearing today.. Took the flywheel to the machine shop to be resurfaced and lightened. Will be going from 23lbs to around 17lbs... Not much, but hey it helps...

 

Added 2 more picks of the work I did today(not much)... Dropped off the flywheel to be lightened. Should have it back by Monday at latest.

 

Got some work done the other day, but forgot I had this thread going.

I got tired of the red interior and a black truck... So I went to walmart and grabbed some aerosol bed liner. I only got 2 cans and ran out. Ive gotta get another can and then pull the res of the passenger side out to finish. The ECU and stuff was in my way(It will be relocated soon)... Well heres the pics...




Also got threw some paint in the bed to finish making it all black instead of black/red...

 

i now have the truck in his avatar with the ka24de in it my second hardbody project and this is going to be apexi power fc and a 70 a/r sc61 turbo shaved rear end and 4 linked with coilovers
