350z/g35 brembos vs z32 calipers....
pretty much im trying to find out the actual diference in sizing. as in, if the wheel clears a z32 will it clear the brembo caliper? if not, how much larger is the brembo than the z32.
thanks
kris
thanks

the brembo ones are pretty fuckin beefy. my dad has the G with them and they seem to come out about 2.5 to 3 inches from the surface of the rotor

The Z33 Brembo's are slightly larger than the Z-32 but will still fit on the 240. Just remember from Nissan the Z33's are over $1000.00 per caliper.

Not entirely true. There are two different sized z32 calipers, the larger of which will not fit behind s13 se's.

The z33's are bigger but not by much. they will need better spacing to not hit the wheels also. Most importantly, the real difference between the z32 compared to the z33 is the Bling factor and Fade at the track. Other than that it isn't much different. both are more brake than the car really needs unless you are gonna road race at the likes of Sebring and Moroso etc... If you are going to track it like that you should get better fade resistance from the z33's though. Also, you are looking at almost double for every brake change and thats if you do them yourself. \
You can get the z33's because some of the Z33/G35 owners are opting to go to the other brake set up rather than pay the price it takes to do the brembo's. Its actually cheaper to buy the regular z33 calipers from the base model and swap them for the Brembos rather than pay for a brake job with that set up......

The STI brakes are a great alternative too, but the over all performance on anything over the z32's is a waste unless you either want bling, or you are seriously road racing the car. I have not heard the ZO6 one yet???

well if oyu know me, you know im a sucker for bling. my wheels now clear q45 calipers by about an inch. i need to test fit them on a 30mm z32 to see where i really stand. but i was just curious on the size difference, thanks for all the insight guys.
