Tried to get paint to match the color of the car, because it was grey primer, prepped the engine bay a little and cleaned out the inside, just getting it ready for the single cam failure that will be bolted in it for a few months, ohwell.

Well after talking to Doug @ fair lady motors, i was able to just cut the damn water lines that were seized, and i was afaid to bend them... LOL. this, as well as reading a couple tricks on the Fresh Alloy forum, made life a lot easier, and progress went very fast.
HHHMMM, something missing?

Turbo, Manifold, and dump pipe.

amazing how small the turbo`s are, and yet the car makes a good amount of power.

AEM EMS that will be tuned by Tim Baily of Surgeline Tuning Cant wait to get back on the road.

The misc. and new parts to be installed shelf.... Gages, wide band, Apex down pipe, ARC, and so forth.

and "over night parts from jaypan" (mistery Box)

this weekend i will be pulling off the rest of the covers and having them powder coated black. as well as i might start tackling the HICAS removal. but i havent decided yet....

it is a R34 coil pack cover.

looks a lot cleaner than the Nissan twin cam one that came on the Rb26 in the R32/33

I went to Mazworx and picked my head up yesterday. It looks great and it's one less thing I have to worry about breaking. Supertech valves, guides, seals, springs, retainers, Tomei solids, and JWT C1's. I bolted it up last night, so all I need to do is put the plumbing back in, time the cams, and bleed the brakes. This thing should run this weekend!!!

put some interior back in, did a little more wiring.

still have to swap plugs on the a/c dryer canister and find out which high beam headlight plug to convert (using zenki chassis harness, so had to swap the low beams out and have to fire it up before i find out which high beam is gonna work and get the other one connected).

going to do all that this weekend, and get the interior back in after i just wire the gauges up to the new harness. it's so nice having stock harnesses again, nissan did a decent wire tuck on the car to begin with, minus parts of the EFI harness.

still need a big length of power wire for the battery in the trunk - the old one i cut up a while back. anyone know where i can get this without having to buy a stupid "amp kit". it needs to be like 0/1 gauge.

i think if i can bust my ass getting the wiring done and the interior in on saturday, it might be fully put together by sunday and time for moment of truth to startup and see if this HG seals. it's in need of a bath dearly, and some dynotime with epstein or scott soon, before it sells. i want final numbers.
