I read the thread on FA about that. Ive been meaning to take a drive up to grainger to pick some up.

Do you fill in through each open hole? or just put the tube in and fill from one spot and tape off the rest?

I actually told GunluvS14 where to buy it and exactly how to do it. I've been foaming cars since 2001. It's pretty easy once you get a feel for the material. Your rockers for instance, you just take the nozzle and start spraying in one hole until you see it start creeping by the adjacent hole. Pause and see how far it expands. Then go to the next open hole and start filling from there until it butts up against your last injection. Repeat until your car is full to the top with foam!

The swap is pretty straight forward. It's just a complete Z32 brake setup, but with STi Brembo calipers. So that's Z32 ebrake internals, Z32 rear rotor, Z32 ebrake cables, and I have a cable extender kit from Autobacs to finish the cable conversion. The STi calipers bolt on with no brackets or anything. The stock bolts and stock brake hoses work perfectly!

The Z32 rotors are not *exactly* correct as they don't sit centered in the channel in the caliper. It's off by 1-2mm (channel is about 30mm wide). I've looked over a lot of rotor dimensions and I think the R33 GT-R (Brembo) rear rotors will be perfect. It's just a little hard and expensive to track those down, and I got these rotors new for $40 for the pair.

The fronts are just G35 Brembo rotors and G35 Brembo calipers. Drill the spindle bolt holes out 2mm over and you're done. A lot of people poo-poo drilling out the spindles, so I had a few Mechanical Engineers check it out. It should still be plenty beefy.
