And I run 10W30 Mobil drive clean in stock SR's and NA KA's.

 

The "Drive Clean" and "High Mileage" stuff from Mobil really works well. I noticed that my higher mileage KA all but stopped smoking after I changed the oil to the Mobil brand (over Castrol High Mileage). Odd part is that I even went to a lighter weight.

 

Ok so most things I have read online are calling for right under 4qts of oil because the max cap on SR20DET from what I understand is right under 4QT. Matt is telling me 4.5 so now I have no idea. How much oil does everyone use? And side note: I am not stupid by any means I just want to know what everyone else does so I don't make stupid mistakes.

 

I use 4 in my KA, I figured most 4cyls used 4 quarts
