bought new brake pads for the rear so i jack up the car to install them and notice that both my axle boots are broken in half grease is everywhere and i just installed them not even 2 weeks ago.. super pissed
would bad subframe bushings make the subframe shift and pull on the boots to make them rip????

being too low
and
if they were used axles, they can rip when they feel like it too

Hey guys, quick question for you...

When did RB swaps get so popular? I was at East Coast Bash today and 3/4 of the 240s that were drifting had RB swaps. Did they get insanely cheap since 06/07 or something?

when you lower your car your axles are placed at an angle, which can result in the boot ripping?

never heard tyler's story when his axle caugh on fire on I4, back when he was dragging his diff from being Zilvia low...

You can get a rb25 and tranny for like $1700 now

well what do you think its from then?? i heard camber, and the axles are used and the boots were dry but not cracked until now which is only 2 weeks ago
