My friend put gl5 in his ka trans and it eat the brass sincros on every gear! When we drained it the fluid was all metal-milky
no probs man, even though you hit the wall, i think that you were my fav driver of the night, you didn't just drift, you put on a show, i like that!
you were also one of my sons fav drivers, he loved the fireballs, and always ran to the wall to watch when you came out, should have seen the look on his face when you went into the wall, between you and eric, he almost cried he was so freaked out/scared for you guys.
i loved how that cone that was tipped over in the middle of the line, everyone would slow and try to avoid it, fucking up most runs, including yours, so you ended up tire kicking it off to the side, allowing yourself, and other drivers to come in hotter/faster with no cone distractions, that was aesome...
hopefully i'll get my S14 ready soon enough to get out there myself, although i hope the wall doesn't claim my car...

after a week of 20 hr days the clutch that came with my motor set took a shit on me when loading up my s chassis for cfrc. should of installed the one off my 26 wen it was out of the car, should be ready for desoto this up coming weekend!
driveshaft shop over nighted me two incorrect driveshafts one for a ka/sr/ca in to s chassis and a 1j in to s chassis so i ended up cutting up the dss one out of my r32 to get the car ready. for their fuck up dss is building me a aluminum driveshaft for the r32...

massive camber/low psi wear on the front tires (if anyone has a set of 225/45/17's hol-ler), on the Q45, worried to drive a mile on em..
white cars water pump took a shit on the way home from CFRC, left like a quart of coolant on the ground in my garage....
good note, thanks to Skazat, i got my S14 open diff, and will be picking up the finned rear cover to throw on it... draining tonight, welding in gussets tomorrow, refilling, and installing.... this car will be ready for the 24th or the 8th...

got the sr block ready for the machine shop tomorrow at lunch time, the head is already soaking in whatever they soak it in lol,new head stuff is in the mail. then cleaned inside and out of my hatch while looking over at my coupe thinking damn your ugly you need work lol..
It will eventually eat the synchros due to too many "additives" in GL5. I wouldnt use the GL4+GL5 stuff either...by the definition of being GL5 it just cant be GL4 as well...
Right now Im just running Pennzoil/GM Synchromesh...its not GL4 rated but it works well with brass synchros...I used it in my DSM tranny for 100K plus. Not the best but it will keep you from grinding at least..
Check on the brake pedal by the cruise control switch, that little rubber button that presses the switch on the brake pedal probably rotted out.
BTW all this talk about CFRC makes me want to come wreck my car with you guys! lol
