anymore idea's on why my 240 is running rich?

stats:

my parts have been swapped out for these known working parts and made no difference:

mafs
02 sensor
ecu
fuel rail and fpr

stuff thats different from stock:

z32 fuel filter
walboro fuel pump
no intake air control valve (idle regulated by throttle body cable)
no secondary 02 sensor

things i think may be the problem:

water temp sensor going to the ecu (idk how to check and see if its getting a signal though)
gas is pretty old.

just installed the rear coilovers, lowered the whole car a bit, trimmed my rear speaker cover to accept the tein strut bar, and messed with my alingment.

once i get a water/food timeout its:
Round 2-relocate my battery to the trunk with a kit i bought, replace window switches and ac trim with some better condition ones i bought, and mess some more with my alignment.

Any mount kit you have to, the T56 bellhousing is big to fit a large clutch, remember they've got a 11.5" or so clutch disc. The only way you could get one in without cut, or hammer, is to use a tilton mini clutch/starter/bellhousing setup, which may or may not still require firewall smash, and costs around $4000 iirc.

I think running the fucked up tune, washed out the cylinders. And I haven't pulled it apart yet, but Im pretty sure I lost the ringland on cyl #4.

stock LS2 6 spd gtos dyno something like 350/340 to the wheels, install, leave alone, enjoy
