Those metal clips are part of the ac vent bezel. I'm pretty sure they aren't sold separately. Did yours fall off or something? I'm pretty sure mine are pressed into the plastic tabs. Double stick tape to the rescue!!!

Yeah I'm down to one after taking it off yesterday. Things fall off and are impossible to find. I tried double stick tape but it didnt work. Guess I have to get creative!
