I think I tried to advise you against gutting your interior and stripping sound deadening a few months ago with numerous other people.

I believe I need a new fuel filter, I randomly lose power for a split second intermittently.

Are the NAPA gold filters any good or should I pay more for one from the dealership? Napa filter is like $12, Courtesyparts has the Nissan one for 13 so I'd imagine the stealership wants at least 20 perhaps more.

I don't regret the sound deadening thing. That was a lot of weight and it looked pretty bad. The only part I regret stripping sound deadening from is the fire wall, but I don't think my dad will mind if I use some dynamat he has laying around or whatever it's called. Anyway I'm piecing together black interior parts, becuase it had shit brown before. =/

You lost barely any weight. And dynamat weighs a ton.

dynamat weighs more than stock shit, hell just enough to cover the inside of the deck lid weighs more than everything you pulled out of your car.

Im waiting for the pigtails for my injectors to get here, kind of irritating.

I did the whole sound deadening removal -> hate it -> replace it fiasco years ago. I agree that the firewall stuff was the most important, as the carpet and backing effectively takes care of the floors. Don't use dynamat on the firewall, though. Use thicker felt padding like this Thermo-Tec 14130 - Thermo-Tec Thermo-Guard FR Heat Shields - Overview - SummitRacing.com. It worked well in my experience. Mass loading (like dynamat, et al) doesn't work as well on the frequencies that you're trying to cut down on.

I need some sound deadening for the coupe. Mostly for the rear so less exhaust noise enters the cabin.
