Datsun Dreaming
Finally got off my lazy ass and got the car up on the lift, z32 tranny number 3 is in the car now, broke 3/4th gear fork pretty good on tranny number 2. So far thats a total of 10 dead tranny's for the 30r/ed driving combo, 5 ka, 3 sr, and 2 vg's, may get this last one I pulled out rebuilt/reinforced as who knows how long a $50 vq tranny is gonna last
Might go out for a little bit tonight still got some c16 left in the gas tank from my last outting a couple weeks ago when I blew out the last trans.

Installed a Sparco Roadster seat with modified Nagisa rails. The seat is basically an Evo with lower sides for easier entry/exit. It's a little wide in the back, but some kidney pads would do the trick. The rails are the (somewhat controversial) Super Low Single Lock ones. While only one rail actually locks, it's super rigid. Standing on the brakes, I can't get the unlocked side to budge.
A headroom measurement is taken by measuring the distance between the seat surface (where your butt goes) to the headliner directly above. A sunroof car like mine is already down about 2" in headroom. With the GT-R seat, that measurement was 35". With this new setup it's 37.25"

Oh cool, I was just wondering who we sold it to. He never told me, he just told me I'll be getting some money when he comes over, haha. At least it definitely went to a cool car that needed it.
By 2.25 inches.
