Ok, RTV only for oil pan applied. Looks like it holds good too.
Had some black, thick like gue come from under the drivers side motor mount. Anyone know what it is? Is it just dirt and oil mixed together or something. Car runs fine, just want to know if thats something that should be looked into.
There was also a bunch of dirt and shit under by the oil pan. Spray'ed that shit off just now. Looks little bit cleaner under there. Anyone know if i could somehow take out the hicas system from under the car or would it just be easier to take the engine out and do it?
Anyone want to do the rear main seal for me?

^ The rear main seal requires removing your transmission. If you don't have a lift and are planning to do it in a driveway on jack stands fuck that. That black goop shit probably means that motor mount is trash... either that or it's just some nasty leaky power steering line/pump ejaculate that has accumulated over the years.

Goo for motor mounts make sense and yes they need to be changed.
Thanks for the info.
^ If you know someone in the air force, or with privileges at MacDill, you can use the hobby shop lifts for 5 dollars an hour. It is WELL worth it. I've done 3 or 4 clutch jobs there. The longest one cost me a whopping $17 dollars. Just make sure you have EVERYTHING you need before you go there.
