There's no way that I'm going to attempt to make a fiberglass copy of the Kognition piece. First, it's molded from a non-sunroof car, and second it's only 1mm thick. For $200, I'd rather have my Saturday back. The real question is paint or no.

Oh, relevance to thread: I'm currently doing a headgasket job on my KA. After owning a new, clean car for 2 years, it's interesting to work on a car without turbo stuffs, and pounds upon pounds of grime and grease lol.

I had a buddy make a sunroof plug out of clear ABS plastic and it held up pretty well. He doesn't run a headliner since it's a track car, worked out well for like $30. But for a DD, I'd rather pick up the Kognition piece than get near anything related to fiberglass.

Just got back from St Pete. Just got another 240 in the family. I froze my balls off in the night air(window didn't go up) I have a huuuuuuuuge to do list tommorrow, as well as a wtb list. BTW, anyone want to buy a 3" test pipe for cheap?
