Ok, i tried to tuck the harness as much as i could but it seems that it will still rub once i lower it. I was thinking of just relocating it to the engine bay.

So is it hard to relocate the harness to the engine bay?

Mine runs through the engine bay, I just ran it over the strut tower.
Its kind of a pain in the ass, I did it by removing the fuse block and just rerouting the whole thing. Had to pull the dash out and the fender off.
Up to you, but its worth it to me to not have to worry about it again
