yeah, just make sure the cracked area is properly filled and smooth before you shoot the texture over it or you will see lumps and imperfections. When gorilla glue sets it is very close to the original foam that is under the dash vinyl. After spraying the texture, I gently went over it with my vacuum's upholstery tool to pick up the excess texture bits. (dust)

 

Patience is key. It looks like complete ass when you are doing it. I should have taken a before pic.

Lazy washed my car at one of the spray wash do it yourself places.
