I found out that poly bushings decrease roll stiffness more than I thought. The front of my car felt loose as hell recently after I got my new front tires and alignment. So I turned up the damping adjustment on the shocks quite a bit and it seems to have solved most of the problem. So its time for a progress front sway bar. Which I'm going to order by the end of the week. Hopefully that will cure the problem and let me turn down the shocks.
