put cardboard in front of the injectors maybe 2-4 inchs, turn it over a little and check to see that they are firing. Its a little cleaner than just letting it hang and spraying fuel all over the place

my guesses are timing, wiring, or ecu. sometimes instead of lining up the correct distributor marks you can line up the mark with the little rivet hole getting 180 degrees out of TDC. Double check it.
Did you try swapping ecu's with someone?
Have you tried a push start?

that and the only issues that push starting would help are already taken care of. The engine is turning, and it is doing so fast enough. the injectors are firing, all that jazz. The only thing that push starting might do is if we got it going really fast and dumped the clutch, see if speeding the process up helps with fuel delivery or something.... but its an auto and push starting at 35+ just doesn't sit well with me....
