yes, the rb26 is a lot of work, and alot of money. check out ziliva.net or 240sxforums.com, they both have rb sections and will tell you everything you want to know.

any rb series motor would be hard. as for the ca18 and the sr20 are both bolt in as far as i know as well as the ka-t for a cheaper solution.

ka-t will cost the same as an SR in the long run, if not more.
only benefit is you can still drive your car as you slowly build up the parts you need for it.
