Acording to CFP, My harness was done correct (Hence it running for 2 weeks) BUT there was a power supply wire that looked like it was streched and was not making solid contact which caused it to finally burn out. That wire supplied power somewhere between the plug and the ECU. After doing some research, this is usually happens when the harnesses are still connected to motor while the motor is geting pulled out and catches on something. But seeing as how the harness I got did not come with the car theres no telling how it could of happened. Sucks but all in all the end result was the harness, symptoms I was having usually relate to the ECU or Harness.
