To clarify.......

This is NOT a Durdan harness. I sold the clip to Jimmyhat and MY harness were with Taylor. He just picked the harness up from Taylor.

 

See, this is just one of the many reasons why i didnt mess around with my harness, i knew that it wasnt easy to do.
I had someone else do the conversion because i know the chances of me doing it again is almost none, so im leaving the headaches to someone else.

 

Which one? Theres like 4 of them..Blue, Grey, and 2 Green's

 

dude, this is why i was leary of you picking up the harness without me doing anything to it. if you want me to do the harness for you, call me.

now, the ecu light isnt coming on. did you check to see if the black/red wire on the grey plug is getting power? whats the number on the ecu? is the black/white wire at the CAS getting power? are the red wires at the injectors getting power? does the red/black wire on the brown plug show continuity to the red/black wire at the ecu?

also check all fuses in the fuse box under the hood by the battery. make sure your ecu fuse is still good and the 30A ignition fuse. do your dash lights come on? is there even an LED in your ECU?

 

I was just picking up the harness from you and there was no mentin of you doing the work? You might have me confused with someone else.. I was in and out. I pulled the pump and tested it and all is well with the pump.. Next thing was to check for spark... NO SPARK! I checked the ignitor (Thanks to CFP) the ignitor is good... Still no spark.. I checked the coil packs and they have power but no spark signal. I checked the Injectors and they have power as well. The ECU is good and has been tested by CFP.
Is the black/white wire at the CAS getting power? I dont think so.
Are the red wires at the injectors getting power? Yes
Does the red/black wire on the brown plug show continuity to the red/black wire at the ecu? Will Check
Make sure your ecu fuse is still good and the 30A ignition fuse. All Fuses have been checked and are not blown unless there is another fuse located somewhere secret thats not on the battery side fuse block.
Do your dash lights come on? Yes and all my guages are working.

**Remember that the car was running with no problems for about 2 weeks and then just died..

 

did you check to see if the black/red wire on the grey plug is getting power? Yes, and there is power to the ECU at the red wire?
whats the number on the ecu? you will have to ask Spooted Mango, He gave me the ECU with no stickers..??

 

possibly wrong ecu then.
i know youre mad that its not running. but at this point you need to calm down, and stop freaking out.
taylor will do the harness for you. but i doubt hell tell you how to do it yourself.
hes not a charity organization.
you have two threads, with the same problem, and its confusing.
stick to one place, and have them fix it. its probably nothing.l but even though it isnt intentional, youre pitting two shops against each other, and expecting taylor to tell you how to fix something you should have let him do in the first place.

 

and even though injectors have power, are they firing?
and are they firing correctly?

 

I think your confused about me. I m not mad? There is not 2 shops here. There is just me? Im not asking anyone to work on my car im just asking for ideas of what could be wrong and where I should look? I have not taken the car anywhere becasue I dont believe the issue is that complicated and is probably something minor but I just ned a direction to look. I am very mecanically inclined but have never worked on a SR20 before.

 

Theres not a issue of the injectors firing, there is no spark but the coils have power.
