buy new stock lugs and a torque wrench - 86lbs of torque

you shouldnt use anything like anti seize or grease. it will raise the final torque.
so ive read anyway. but that might only be if using toque sticks with an impact wrench.
just make sure they are clean. no rust, or dirt.
