I am only getting code 13 (engine temp. sensor) I don't think that will stop the car from starting but, I could be wrong. I set it to tdc on compression stroke and took off my valve cover and dizzy cap, the timing chain and gears are timed right and the rotor is set at cylinder one.

I was thinking about this today and found out that my tdc mark on my crank is wrong, in turn was throwing my ignition timing off 10*. Fixed that problem and it started right up and runs perfectly. Thanks for all of the suggestions
