Taylor, you gonna get a garage anytime soon?
Turbo is good, but I still don't understand the choice of top feeds over side feeds, as top feeds can't approach the duty cycle of a side, and when you drop duty cycle, it acts like a smaller fuel injector. So from 370 sides to 450 tops, you probably won't gain that much more power. Some 50# tops or higher, on the other hand, is worth the tradeoff. Maybe you should source some s15 sr20det injectors.. side-mount 480s, direct drop in. *Digressing*
There are enough KA guys that have experience with this ish, so give any one of us a call if you need something.

Wow. $1500 on a budget turbo kit until the KA blows. Then swap sr. To most people, it's one way or the other.. not waste gobs of money. But whatever floats your boat.

side feeds > top feeds any day.

the look of the ka people when they see side feed injectors.

"what? Yuo're not running teh JWT 50 or 72lb program?? how is that possible??"

haha.

for 280-300whp there is a MUCH better solution to what you want. do a nice t28 bottom mount ssautochrome manifold!

I have to agree here, for 320whp or less I'd go with a t28 of some kind ie: S15 or GTi-R. You'll get your power goal and will have better spool up. I'd even try that manifold Mattback suggested.

See you in my rearview, again, forever. Good luck with it, I have no knowledge to offer towards it other than carbing it and putting a big shot on it. Maybe Flowmasters and dumps. Turbine wheels are a plus. Wait, what are we talking about?

I just hate to waste the ka motor...the guy I bought it off of put 1200 dollars into having the motor and trans rebuilt...its running open header right now and there is not a single puff of smoke all the way up to redline...187,000 miles on the motor though I guess if it never blows anything to expensive than I will never have to get an sr
