my 96 240 does it and so does my moms nissan.. could just b a nissan thing...but its normal if were talkin about the same thing...when i drive for a while and get the car real heated the noise will happen a lot.

Yes you said you just got your stuff redone it has to heat to its point it should stop in about 2months or so
