Default 96 OBD2 ECU Diagram

Hello,
I'm trying to install the Apexi Rev/Speed Meter, and I was wondering if anyone knows where to find teh ECU diagram with the wire colors? I know there are instructions on the Apexi website but they don't mentioned which wire colors they, I really want to make sure I tap into the correct wire
Thanks in advance

Apexi should have a pdf on their website. This instruction manual shows you the pin outs on the ECU plug. They are Numbered.
http://www.apexi-usa.com/productdocu...speedmeter.pdf

Read pages 4-8 if that doesnt help i can see if i can upload silvia manual with diagram for ecu.

We are talking KA24DE, right?

You need to specify which year the vehicle is. There are wiring differences from the '96 OBDII and 97/98 OBDII.

Here's a '95 ECU pinout for reference:

You'll be OK with that one then. 97/98 cars like to use the 96 ECU and only have to re-pin 3 wires.

It's all easy when you have the right info I have the AVC-R and SAFCII on mine. Solder the wires during install is the only other tip I can give.

dude.

blk/wht = ignition power
blk = ground
ylw/red = tach
ylw/grn = speed

pretty universal USDM wiring codes. the throttle signal you may have to use the pinout sheet for b/c all the shielded wires are white at the ecu, so you need to know which one. but other than that, theres your colors
