Dont bother with an AFC on the stock turbo. The S-AFC is usually best used with upgraded injectors. I would get a boost controller instead of the AFC. Unless you just like the blinky lights and are going to leave it all at 0 anyway....

If you must get an AFC then fine....I Installed one in my 2G and then took it out and put it in my 1G with a VPC. None are a PITA if you dont have to wear a football belmet to keep from denting your skull. Its just tapping a few wires before the ECU.

So dont get a AFC until I get rid of the T-25 huh. Cool thats what I needed to hear so I am assuming that when I get the 16g I will be in need of one? Thanks man.

16G Front mount intercooler and some 550 injectors. Then you will need the AFC. For now just get the Boost controller and a fuel pump upgrade and play around with 17 pounds of boost or so.

I have read that on a stock turbo after 14.5 pounds it damages the turbo and also have heard after 14.5 its just blowning hot air is this true?

An AFC has enabled me to run faster than most guys with 16Gs and no AFC.

I would get the AFC before the turbo. When I got mine tuned right (with Erics help) I dropped a second off of my time. That one little piggy-back can help alot.

Mike i can order you one if you are ready just let me know.

Sorry chismoe you will never beat me with your SAFC!

PS. I used to have one with my old setup and it worked great with upgraded injectors which I also had with my previous setup.
So youre the exception to the rule!
