Ive got the car on jacks right now and Im about to hook up an electrical oil pressure sender. Im having on hell of a time contorting my body so that I can get to the OEM oil pressure switch above the filter. Anyone have any tips on making this a smoother job?

Also does anyone in the area by chance have a thread tap for 1/8 NPT not 1/8 NC? Ive got to install a temp gauge but dont have a thread tap. If anyone has a 1/8 NPT tap drop me a line. Really dont feel like waiting for a machine shop to open on Monday.

Just in case anyone is interested Ive got it done and found the best way to go about doing it.

Take off your oil filter cause its just going to get in the way and annoy you. Then just get a deep 12 point 24mm socket. YOU MUST use a deep socket and you MUST use a 12 point socket.

Other than this the damn thing comes off pretty easy....if youve got arms made of rubber! Im a big guy and have the car on jackstands. There is not alot of room to work in and man this was a pain in the ass.

Oh well hope this helps somebody out.
