ummm why hasnt anyone suggested a boost leak??? check all couplers, Grab the pipe an move it some times they hide lol

Problem fixed!
New spark plug wires, pulled 12psi off the wastegate just fine now.
I now have this new issue with the oil dip stick blowing up in high boost though...Ugh, it's always something.

Haha, thats not good, I got an aftermarker dipstick that might be a lil tighter for you. How's the oil pressure? This shouldn't happen...glad to hear you're boosting fine now though!

no change the pcv your gettin blow-by an pressurizing(i cant fuckin spell lol) the crank case thus pushing the dipstick out an your oil cap is proly gonna leak too
