I overheard a phone conversation with one of there customers, went for a boost gauge install vacuum and coolant lines got crossed and the motor didn't like it...

 

ok.....first before this goes any further. There was a mix up during the install. But we are doing everything to correct it. We had the car brought back to us to inspect it. The motor is not locked up. The crank turns freely. We are going to do everything that we can to make this right by the customer.

Plus what people over hear is not always right.

 

so how much psi did the coolant system make ?

You have always been good people and I'm sure what ever happens or happened will be made right. Its not the mistakes you make that define you, its about what you take from tham and the steps you take to resolve them that defines you.

I only wish I got that same treatment, but I dealt with scum, now everyone has the chance of having a great shop on the block.
