I heard Rob and Dave are no longer their. Is this true?

 

Yes its very true, I heard yesterday over the same reason why they got fired from Brotherz from what I heard. I feel bad that it happed but David deserves it. I have been a friend to that fucker for 11yrs and I cannot even go into what piece of shit he is. Kills me how some people think he's a stand up guy when its the complete opposite. I guess it depends on how much money you have to pay for his respect... wallett vs respect... It ,must be alot because I have alot invested and my shit is still broke.... If you guys want to know more, pm me or I will start a thread in shop reviews. I think Ali made a smart decision

Ps, If you need qaulity work from stand up people that the guys left their have trouble doing contact any of those in my sig!

Oh you mean the one that Dave Soler that got fired from two places for the same shit built. You mean the one that he plainly admitted to the both of us that he didn't check clearances on nor did he degree it like a good mechanic would knowing the $$$ invested.

Yup thats right folks, thats why the civic has not made an appearance yet.... incase you where wondering. Thats a $2,000 head gone, $350 block gone,almost $1000 custom pistons gone, the only surving components where a crank and rods..... I didn't even get an appology from this asshole, he told me in the office of BVP that is wasn't his day to appologize in front of several..... boy he is lucky I have to much to lose and cannot afford the charges that would have followed at that time...

Now only Darkside and lancerman touch my engines!

 

Sorry to hear Miguel.. This is a big reason as to why I am the only one that works on my car. A lot of people are just out there to make a buck. Sucks to see a motor with such low mileage destroyed like that.

I was there for the 'apology'.

The conversation about what happened to the engine began. Dave was dodging questions like a fat kid in dodge ball. Dave attempts to shift blame to other un-named parties and goes on about 'sometimes things happen'. Then....

Miguel says 'is that your half ass attempt at an apology Dave?'
Dave replies 'No, today is not my day for apologies.'
Miguel replies 'Lucky for you it's not my day to choke anyone.'

It's a sad day when any motor fails, regardless of fault. There is no guarantee in racing, sometimes things do happen; however, as a business owner you have to separate business and friends. Regardless if Dave at BVP was responsible for the failure, Dave Soler (11 year friend) should have made an apology (even if he was or was not admitting guilt).

True friendships encounter hard times, it's not about who is at fault but what is done to make amends.

I personally think that is a much more tragic loss.
