It has the same intake and exhaust housing but the wheel is different. Their site is wrong on the flow. It is supposed to be 605CFMs for the 19c and 17c is 550. Both the 17c and 19c will spool faster than the Big 16g and 17c will flow the same amount of air and the 19c flows more than that.

Yeah I know that is a real turbo and a very nice setup. But it is too big for a 2g stock bottom end.
