I am not interested in the 30r.
I am going back to a 16g.
For three reasons.

1. Over the last two years my car was the most fun when it was on the old 16g setup. It will be even faster this time and still a blast to drive to Publix.

2. I am interested in how the new motor does with the 16g compared to the old one.

3. Curt Brown is also going back to a 16g powered dsm car.( for the same reason as me)
And its going to be fun comparing notes and seeing how fast we can get 16g powered street driven dsm`s.

Oh and I will still be faster than you 30r guys.

unless youre helping me tune my car. i might have to go back to a 16g if that happens seriously, and see how fun an awd 16g car is. i really love the 16g, its such a simple, easy setup, and i cant wait to see your car when its running again, ive never had the turbo grocery getter experience.

Tom. I know nothing of your setup and didnt want to read through the whole thread. I know you have your mind made up but I was curious as to what turbocharger you're running?

GT35r
The car makes plenty of power.
Put down 600hp on 30psi at 8k and it was still climbing.
I had been pulling it to 8500-8600 before the last run and the power still wasnt dropping at that rpm.
Timing belt tensioner came loose on the last run thats why I stopped there.

Its just to much for the street.
My family wont even go for a ride in it anymore.
It has basicaly become a 1/4 mile car that I take out on a sat night form time to time. And thats not what I want anymore.
I am going to tone this one back and make more of a street/road race car out of this one and build a 1/4 track car like Joe`s (but awd) on the side.
I will end up just going T4 on that one.
